Education:
Desirable: Degree level education in IT related discipline or equivalent experience.

Experience/key achievements:
• Demonstrate extensive experience, shown themselves as a ‘leader’ in chosen field. Can demonstrate value-add of solutions delivered which often accumulate to more than the of annual salary costs.
• Is constantly requested for projects (specifically requested), project work accounts for at least 50% of time. Several project assignments each year successfully concluded.

Skills/Knowledge: (essential/critical refer to an absolute requirement for those skills, with critical being the most important))
Critical:
• In-depth technical experience
Essential:
• Multi-year/project experience of chosen environment (SAP, Websphere, BI, Local)
• Able to quickly gain users confidence & build strong partnership with them and other IS colleagues in supporting solutions & legacy migrations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge of fast moving Global Chemical/Retail B2B & B2C model, with an excellent under of the specialist area in question
Desirable:
• Multi-skilled – i.e: SAP & Websphere.
