1. Bachelors/Master degree in computer science, computer application ,information technology
2. 4-5 year experience in web based development
3. Should have 4-5 years experience on developing web based applications using ASP.NET, PHP, MySQL and SQL Server 2005, Ajax, Javascript, HTML
4. Should be involved in analysis, design, testing and deployment of the applications
5. Should be able to handle tasks independently
6. Good to have technical certifications
