• Professionally and effectively engage with the customer and virtual team on sales opportunities (from prospecting to close).
• Build and maintain strong executive relationships with key people at the customer.
• Thorough knowledge w.r.t. key customer needs and expectations and delivering on this
• Good understanding of competitive trends; influence customer strategy and ensure that Interlace win the strategic battles.
• Engage and orchestrate the virtual team; ensuring that we work towards customer deliverables.
• 4-8 years of related experience.
• A BA or BS degree in computer science, engineering, management, social science, humanities, marketing, or related field MBA preferred
• Sales experience / Strong passion to succeed in Sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to effectively interact with decision makers as well as senior management.
• A systematic and target-oriented approach.
• A customer-oriented mindset and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Drive, willingness to work hard, positive attitude, innovativeness and ability to execute.
• Ability to open new doors at the customers, meet with stakeholders within accounts.
• Strong negotiation and customer relations skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and forecast business accurately.
