To lead and ensure successful delivery of key SAP CRM projects for all customers and to grow all accounts.
Overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control.
Manage strategic, operational and financial aspects of project.
Managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the customer.
Manage cohesion among the various parties and work closely with the business experts to ensure the solution is deployed, to specification, on time and within budget.
Grow long term relationships with key customers and capitalize on opportunities within these accounts. The right candidate will continually seek and capitalize upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Anticipate and identify key customers needs and propose appropriate business solutions working with Organization CoE team.
To work closely with Organization Account Teams to develop further business.
Proven track record of solutions for large customers. Preferably career development / progression from Functional Consultant / Technical consultant
Ability and experience to grow teams within a project / customer environment.
Should have strong SAP CRM Experience ( Min 5years)
Ability to influence decision making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have strong BFSI Industry exp.
Min 10 yrs of Total exp
Min 3 implementations required.
