· Collect, Validate and analyze relevant data required for project planning and management. Prepare a project execution plan as to how the project will kick off. Generate cost estimates and schedules.
· Prepare the contract price breakdown for payment estimate.
· Responsible for ensuring proper IT set up at all new bank premises.
· Deliver assigned elements of the project in order to enable achievement of relevant milestones.
· Comply with project specifications and standards in order to deliver quality and timely project outputs.
· Ensure that the main contract matches construction drawings, and that Subcontractor scopes of work are inclusive with plans and specifications.
· General coordination and management of the group and project: financial, administrative and procurement, public relations and communications; and to resolve issues/queries and complete assigned project elements in a timely manner.
· Attend meetings weekly related to projects & premises and answer department queries and discuss any problems faced
