Middle East requirment for IPT Contact Centre (Voice engineer)

Minimum five to eight years overall IT industry experience, with extensive exposure to Voice/Contact center infrastructure and technology.
Advanced level knowledge of Cisco& Avaya  voice infra skillset.
At least 3 years experience as a senior technical specialist in contact center environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent skills with MS Office, MS Visio, and MS Project.
