minimum 8+ years of experience in a client facing role in IT service delivery and management role

• Excellent communication skills
• Exposure to working with global teams
• Experience of Banking domain & deliver to industry standards (eg ITIL)
• Certified ITIL/PMP Candidate
• Demonstrate a breadth and depth of operational service delivery management expertise preferably in an internal environment
• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals and is effective working in a matrix environment.
• Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers at onshore locations
• Engage with the team leads and help in overseeing multiple projects and advising on best practice
• Demonstrate solid experience of human resource principles and practices, as well as business and management principles and practices
• Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Knowledge of ITIL and Information technology skills would be an added advantage
• Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills
• Should be open to travel
