Minimum Experience: 4 Years’ experience in banking application support.

Job-Specific Skills:

 Technical expertise in application support and integration

 At least 1 full cycle of application installation, DB configuration, patch updates, etc.

 Working knowledge on automation baking systems

 Previous work experience in payment & card industry in the IT Operations area is

preferable

 Quick analysis of issues and troubleshooting them to minimize business & financial

impact

 Good Understanding of Oracle DB

 Basic knowledge of SQL and UNIX commands

 Providing 24/7 support for the monitoring team

 Requirements Gathering and Understanding the Business Requirement

 Creating DoU (Document of Understanding)

 Support UAT team during UAT

 Creating Functional Specification Documents

 Creating Statement of Work(SOW)

 Creating Implementation plan and all necessary documents required by the Change

Control Board
