We are looking for OPA resource, who can work with us from Offshore, with the following details.
Experience – 3 – 5 years
· Strong work experience in Oracle Policy Automations and determinations server
· Should be capable of designing the complex rules using OPM tool
· Strong OPA Integration experience
· Experience in OPA Administration activities
· Good functional, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
· Minimum 3 years of experience in OPA
· OPA certification would be added advantage

3-5 years’ experience in full-time role facilitating process improvements, process analysis,
process design/redesign projects, or other process improvement experience.
LEAN methodology, certification preferred
Six Sigma, certification preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and planning ability
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong decision making skills and proactive approach to generate results
Thorough understanding of the payment card industry
Knowledge of Business Process Management and improvement including technologies and
Extensive knowledge of change management methodology
Willingness to own accountability for work using strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to educate and train others in process change and best practice systems operation
Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility
Excellent ability to work at a very detailed level while being able to articulate abstract concepts to
the team and executive management
Good written and verbal communication skills

Total Experience: Min 5 years
Experience in One full Transformation Program Management is must.
Experience in T-24 is preferred.
