Job Description

• Provide first level systems support for round-the-clock information transfer,

storage, and processing in a timely and efficient manner, meeting the agreed

service levels.

• Implement checklists, procedures and policies to ensure that operational

activities have been executed according to priorities in a timely and efficient

manner.

• Provides Help desk cover outside the normal office hours in order to provide round­

the-clock help desk support.

 

• At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in data center operations.
