Middle East opportunity for Technical support analyst – E commerce
Supports Business units by investigating operational related problems/inquiries and recommends solutions. Required technical and application support to Ecommerce systems users.communicate and document the support issues and escalating to the appropriate IT staff or vendor when necessary.
Responsible for defining (or redefining) business needs for new and/or enhances products, services or optimized business processes.Assist with user training.Supports workflow/interfaces analysis.Provide content for Job aids and other user manuals.Assist in System Disaster recovery exercise.Coordinate activities among different business and technical groups.Provide consultancy and input into the test strategy; designs test plans at the unit, application and system level if required.Carry out assignments, alone or as part of a team, applying knowledge, skills, and experience.Maintain detailed knowledge of current practice within own area of expertise.Work with business users, IT business and technical support teams and vendors, monitor and report on the progress of required tasks and maintain an emphasis on the early identification and, rectification of problems.Provide exceptional customer service that increases the current customer satisfaction levels.Maintain documentation of existing systems and processes.Conform to IT and bank policy and procedures.Perform at or above the enterprise’s Information Technology performance standards.
