Skills and Qualifications:

 A University degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience.

 Minimum 3 to 4 years of overall IT experience in the software systems development life cycle (SDLC)

Process and support among which 2-3 years banking experience is an added advantage.

 Experience in supporting 24×7 systems is a must.

 Good team player with the ability to work very effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented manner

with other team members. Must have initiative and a positive work attitude and must be a quick learner

with a zeal for self-learning. Must be confident, eager and willing to take on new challenges. Must be

cooperative with good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

 Good written and oral communication skills. Direct customer communication experience would be an


 Must be detail oriented and able to multi task.

 Java and .NET development knowledge would be an advantage

 Specialized Skills: Should be proficient and having hands-on experience in Unix platforms

 Must have expert knowledge on Web/App server clustering & troubleshooting and should perform

various tuning of web server / application servers.

 Exposure in UNIX Shell Scripting, Python / Jython scripting and automation.

 Experience integrating and working with Apache, LDAP, Weblogic, WebSphere, and other related

technologies preferred.

 Familiarity with Oracle, Sybase, and SQL Databases

 Experience with best practice methodologies (ITIL)
