Skills and Qualifications:
A University degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of overall IT experience in the software systems development life cycle (SDLC)
Process and support among which 2-3 years banking experience is an added advantage.
Experience in supporting 24×7 systems is a must.
Good team player with the ability to work very effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented manner
with other team members. Must have initiative and a positive work attitude and must be a quick learner
with a zeal for self-learning. Must be confident, eager and willing to take on new challenges. Must be
cooperative with good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Good written and oral communication skills. Direct customer communication experience would be an

Java and .NET development knowledge would be an advantage
Specialized Skills: Should be proficient and having hands-on experience in Unix platforms
Must have expert knowledge on Web/App server clustering & troubleshooting and should perform
various tuning of web server / application servers.
Exposure in UNIX Shell Scripting, Python / Jython scripting and automation.
Experience integrating and working with Apache, LDAP, Weblogic, WebSphere, and other related
Familiarity with Oracle, Sybase, and SQL Databases
Experience with best practice methodologies (ITIL)
