Location: Doha, Qatar

1. Provide Technical Assistance and Support for incoming queries and issues related to computer

systems, software and hardware

2. Respond to Support tickets of the customers seeking help

3. Maintain daily performance of printers and any other devices

4. Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software

5. Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems

6. Resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN and other systems

7. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved

8. Take proactive measures to ensure uptime and maximum performance

9. Monitoring Customer system status and event logs

10. Make sure all hardware and software are updated and running in healthy environment

11. Duty time is 7 am to 3 pm / 5 days a week from Sunday to Thursday
