Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years

 

Skill/Knowledge Requirement:

  • Experience of working in a PMO
  • Previous experience in advanced use of PM tools and methods
  • Experience in a customer facing environment

 

Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

  • Support a set of project management tools to achieve oversight and control objectives at project, program and portfolio level and which includes an executive dashboard.
  • Implementation of IT policies, standards & guidelines.
  • Implementation of metrics (including KPI’s and Scorecard) to:
  • facilitate a consistent approach to project management
  • to monitor and improve project performance
  • to measure project contributions to business performance
  • to monitor customer perception
  • Perform administrator duties including
  • Maintaining user groups and security permissions
  • Generating & maintaining OLAP cubes
  • Establishing KPI & maintaining various indicators
  • Maintaining master data
  • Conducting  users handholding and formal training
  • Managing backup and recovery
  • Implementing service packs / hot fixes
  • Maintaining application health
