• Requires at least 7-10 years of related technical and managerial experience in a service management environment
• ITIL practitioner with complete hands on experience in implementing and managing ITIL lifecycle processes-preferably ITIL v3 or intermediate certified
• Strong written and oral communication as well as Presentation Skills
• An understanding of the Customer’s business and how Technology contributes to the delivery of that product or service
• Excellent people management and administrative skills
• Experience in developing and maintaining Known error database
• Basic technical knowledge and understanding of hardware and software that is used in Business
